PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Please note that all product images on our website are professionally edited for visual presentation. Actual product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 3-day return window on unused, unworn, and unwashed products. The return window begins from the date of delivery.

Key Return Guidelines:

  • Pickup Attempts: We will attempt pickup twice. If unsuccessful, the customer is responsible for returning the item to our provided address.

  • Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to serviceability in your PIN code.

  • Quality/Quantity Issues: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.

  • Sale Items: No returns will be accepted on items purchased during a sale.

  • Return Rejection: We reserve the right to decline returns if:

    • The item has been used, washed, or is returned without original tags.

    • The item is damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling.

  • Logistics Charge: A ₹100 logistics fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Important:

We do NOT offer returns, refunds, or replacements for sizing issues. Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@wyngsnclaws.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include clear photos or a video showing the issue.

  3. Once approved, the item will be scheduled for pickup within 4–5 working days.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • The product must be:

    • In original condition

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

    • With all tags attached

  • Refunds take 3–5 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer product exchanges.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please note that order cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.
